Once the order is received, we will process the order and dispatch the product from our warehouse to the delivery address provided by the buyer. A proper address with a contact number is required to deliver the product on time. The product will be delivered within 7-30 days, depending on the location and other factors that may impact delivery at your destination. For locations like the Northeastern State and J&K, it might take more time.

HOW DOES THE DELIVERY PROCESS WORK?

Once our system processes your order, each product is thoroughly inspected to ensure it is in perfect condition. After passing through the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible time. In case they are unable to reach the address you provided or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue. Shipments are subject to carrier performance restrictions. This includes, but is not limited to, severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control.


HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED IN MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS? WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

Due to varying item availability, orders containing multiple items may sometimes be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own individual tracking number, which can be tracked on the Track Order page under the same order number. International orders, in most instances, will be shipped in their entirety as one shipment.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

The estimated dispatch time for each product is written under the Shipping and Returns tab on the respective product page. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is handling your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.


Our delivery partners will attempt to complete your delivery thrice before the item is returned to our warehouse. Please ensure that you provide a valid mobile number and shipping address while placing your order.
